The Sector 1 Mayor, George Cristian Tuță, announced the launch of a tender for a new educational complex in Henri Coandă neighborhood, which will include a kindergarten and a school. The project aims to create nearly 7,700 square meters of green spaces on a total area of approximately 16,800 square meters. The construction is expected to take three years, with a contract value of over 157 million lei. Interested companies can submit their bids until October 26, 2026, and the project is designed to enhance educational facilities in a rapidly growing area.
