This addition follows a successful training module in Bușteni, part of a national program aimed at improving aerial rescue operations. The new rescuer, experienced in mountain interventions and first aid, will strengthen the team's response capacity and integration with air medical crews. The national program's revival is crucial for developing Romania's integrated mountain rescue system, evidenced by 463 aerial rescue actions in the past three years. This initiative aims to ensure quicker and safer assistance for those in distress.
