The Bucharest City Hall announced the thermal rehabilitation and consolidation of two buildings located on Vasile Conta Street and Mihai Eminescu Street. Both buildings are classified as having high seismic risk and will receive funding through non-reimbursable sources. The projects were approved by city councilors, with construction expected to take around 24 months. The Vasile Conta building has 61 apartments and was built between 1940 and 1943, while the Mihai Eminescu building consists of two parts, one residential and one housing a theater, built between 1938 and 1940.
