The Țiriac Group is launching an urban regeneration project on the former Lemexim industrial site in Brașov, investing over 100 million euros to create a mixed-use urban area. This development will include residential units, a hospital, a kindergarten, and green spaces, with the first phase starting in 2027. The project will unfold in three stages, beginning with a residential building, followed by additional apartments and community facilities. The group is also contributing land for a public park, marking a collaborative effort among various landowners.
