Daniel Băluță, the mayor of Sector 4, announced the start of renovation and modernization works at the 'Pisicile Aristocrate' Kindergarten, built in 1940. After over 80 years, the building will be reinforced and upgraded to provide safer and better conditions for children. The project includes improvements to the facade, windows, heating system, and electrical, sanitary, and thermal installations, along with the integration of renewable energy solutions. The renovated building will maintain its historical significance while offering modern facilities for children.
