Civic activist Daniel Sărdan raised concerns about the historical monument Bateria 3-4 in Bucharest's Fortification Belt, which is threatened by construction activities. He reported that trees have been cut down and a concrete wall is being built, jeopardizing the site's accessibility and historical value. Sărdan emphasized the need for state protection and proposed integrating the monument into Băneasa Natural Park. He criticized the privatization of the land and called for urgent clarification of the monument's status, as well as expropriation of the area to preserve its historical significance.
