The Aqua Park Pantelimon project, initiated eight years ago by the Sector 3 Municipality, remains unfinished, with delays since its expected completion in 2019. Recent photos shared by a local resident reveal a stark contrast to the optimistic images presented by Mayor Robert Negoiță. Despite plans for a complex featuring various pools and wellness facilities, the site appears neglected. A new contract worth over 43 million lei was proposed to expedite the project, which has faced technical adjustments and additional work requirements. Negoiță remains hopeful for a summer opening, although the reality on-site suggests otherwise.
