Collaborating with Ciprian Ciucu, Moldovan highlighted the importance of the Radial Road 1 and the Ciurel Passage as key projects. The Radial Road 1 aims to extend Timișoara Boulevard to the A0 highway and is currently in the feasibility study phase. The project requires collaboration with the Bucharest Municipality for proper urban planning integration. The Ciurel Passage, despite its initial promise, has faced delays and challenges, ultimately failing to provide a direct route to the A1 highway, leading to traffic congestion instead of alleviation.
