The legendary Doi Cocoși restaurant in Bucharest has been replaced by a residential complex named Doi Cocoși Residence, featuring 156 apartments. Located near Lake Străulești, the project is developed by the Borcea and Ion families, with around 80% of the apartments already sold. Prices start at approximately €90,000 for smaller units and can reach €240,000 for larger ones. The area is undergoing significant development, with new housing projects transforming the landscape. The original Doi Cocoși restaurant, a traditional stop for travelers since 1867, was a well-known establishment until its closure two years ago.
