The Pro Infrastructura Association shared aerial photos of the A13 Sibiu-Făgăraș highway sections built by Makyol, indicating potential completion next year. They provided a complete aerial video of the 68.05 km highway divided into four lots, with construction contracts signed between August and November 2023. The physical progress is satisfactory, and there are good chances for the contractor to meet deadlines, with project design lasting 12 months and execution 36 months, extending to 2028. The work involves significant structures, including bridges and viaducts, with various challenges due to local geography. The total contract value is 6.62 billion lei without VAT, covering both the highway and connecting roads.
