Three boats from the Timișoara Public Transport Company embarked on a cruise to Serbia with 140 passengers. The journey included several stops, such as a visit to a hydrotechnical node and customs checks at the border. Passengers had about four hours to explore Novi Itebej before returning to Timișoara. Additionally, the historic boat Pelican made its first trip to Zrenjanin, hosting a party event later that day. The Pelican, restored after a fire, has become a cultural platform in Timișoara.
