Traffic is blocked on DEx12 between Pitești and Craiova due to an accident involving a truck and a van. The truck experienced a tire blowout before the incident, which led to it partially obstructing the road. A technical team was en route to assist when the accident occurred, preventing proper signaling. Emergency services are currently managing the situation.
