The ECO Student x Cooler caravan will visit four universities in Romania this October, promoting the return of refundable packaging. The initiative aims to integrate recycling into students' daily routines. In the 2025-2026 academic year, over 500,000 packages were returned through the ECO Student systems. The caravan will start at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iași, followed by stops at universities in Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest. Students can win prizes by returning at least 20 packages at collection points. The program has expanded to nine universities, with a significant percentage of returned packaging being plastic and metal.
