The Bucharest City Hall announced the completion of a thermal project that had been stalled for a year and a half. Workers finished the site in two weeks, allowing 66 buildings in the Aviației and Dorobanți areas to receive hot water. The project involved a 350-meter section of pipeline and was delayed due to private property issues. Mayor Ciprian Ciucu facilitated access for the works, promising quick progress. The entire pipeline system is 97% complete, with final connections and road repairs expected by autumn. New insulated pipes with damage detection sensors replaced old ones, and thermal energy supply will resume shortly.
