Rareș Hopincă announced that the new Integrated Monitoring Center in Sector 2 is nearing completion, with final works expected in about a month. The center will combine the Local Police's dispatch and video monitoring systems into one platform, enhancing coordination and response to incidents. The existing 763 cameras will be integrated, and an additional 1,100 cameras will be added, totaling 1,863. This system aims to improve safety and efficiency in the area, allowing for better management through an interactive digital map. Hopincă emphasized the importance of modern technology and well-coordinated teams for community safety.
