Daniel Băluță has received a 1,778.47 square meter plot in Berceni from the Ciucu-led municipality for parking and sports fields. The land, valued at approximately 700,000 euros, is already in use for parking. Despite the evaluator suggesting a mixed-use development instead of parking, the project was approved by the General Council of Bucharest. The transfer of the property will occur within 30 days, with Sector 4 responsible for all related costs and permits. If construction does not start within 24 months, the administration rights will be revoked.
