The construction progress of the Chiribiș-Biharia section of the A3 Transylvania Highway has reached 71%, according to CNIR. The project is led by Precon Transilvania, part of the Selina group. Over 550 workers and 404 machines are actively engaged on the site, with significant advancements in various construction stages, including asphalt layers and safety barriers. The project is funded by European funds under the 2021-2027 Transport Program.
