The Bucharest Natural Park Association reported that a flower meadow along the Dâmbovița River was improperly mowed and disposed of, despite previous warnings. This incident marks the third occurrence this year, despite efforts to prevent such actions. The mowing was carried out by a public-funded company, although the area is managed by a different authority. The meadow, once neglected, has been transformed into a wildflower habitat, influencing green space management in other sectors of Bucharest. Plans for further enhancement of the area are underway.
