After eight years of construction delays, the Aquapark Pantelimon is set to open soon, with final preparations underway. The facility spans nearly 67,000 square meters and features six outdoor pools, water slides, and wellness areas. Initially estimated at 115 million lei, the project's cost has exceeded 200 million lei, funded by public money. The aquapark has already been leased to a private company for 35 years, as announced by a local councilor.
