The second layer of concrete has been poured at the Constanța Bridge, with asphalt layers scheduled next. The Bucharest City Hall announced progress on the project via Facebook, assuring residents of ongoing efforts to complete the work quickly. The bridge, built in 1938, has only been rehabilitated once before, in the 1980s, and is crucial for urban mobility. The current renovations include new foundations and modern tram tracks to improve safety and reduce noise. Work is ongoing, sometimes even at night, to expedite the project.
