Fostul șef al Poliției Rutiere Ploiești recunoaște că a dus documente ale instituției pe un câmp și le-a dat foc

The former head of the Traffic Bureau of Ploiești Police, Laurențiu Drăghici, admitted to burning several institutional documents. He has reached a plea agreement and is set for a court hearing on September 23. An internal investigation was initiated after reports of illegal document destruction surfaced in January. Drăghici and a subordinate are under judicial control, having allegedly orchestrated the removal and incineration of around 2,500 kilograms of official documents, including classified information. The investigation revealed that unauthorized individuals were involved in the document handling, leading to Drăghici's suspension from duty.
