Fostul șef al eMAG a cumpărat benzinăriile Gazprom din România

Iulian Stanciu and Adrian Crețoiu have acquired Gazprom's gas stations in Romania, with the competition authority approving the deal. Their company, Argenta SRL, also purchased NIS Petrol. Stanciu, former eMAG CEO, and Crețoiu own Foraj Sonde Videle, which recently took over Raffles Energy, a UK holding company with Romanian energy assets. The Gazprom network consists of 19 stations, and the entrepreneurs must pay an authorization fee based on their reported turnover.
