The Romanian Attorney General, Cristina Chiriac, has issued an order defining the responsibilities among her and her deputies. Chiriac will directly oversee the activities of DNA and DIICOT, along with several sections of the General Prosecutor's Office. Her first deputy, Ionuț Spiridon, will manage human resources and judicial sections, while deputy Marius Voineag will handle military prosecutor sections and technical services. This restructuring aims to clarify roles within the prosecution system.
