The footage shows him receiving a rabbit and a wild boar from a subordinate in exchange for the contract renewal. The incident occurred in the employee's home, where Teodosescu explained that he couldn't extend the contract due to the absence of the director. Currently, he serves as the director of the local water company and has previously held positions as mayor and county councilor.
