Fostul președinte al Armeniei și fiul său, arestați pentru corupție

Former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan and his son Sedrak have been detained in a large-scale anti-corruption investigation. They face allegations of money laundering, bribery, and abuse of power. Kocharyan's political allies claim these actions are politically motivated. The investigation includes searches at numerous locations linked to Kocharyan's alleged misuse of presidential power to acquire state properties at undervalued prices. Over 30 properties have been frozen, and several businesses owned by the family have been sealed. Special forces also searched the home of Kocharyan's other son, Levon, a current opposition MP.
