Fostul ministru ucrainean al Energiei, la un pas să se întoarcă după gratii. Procurorii cer confiscarea cauțiunii de 3,3 milioane de dolari
Ukrainian anti-corruption prosecutors are seeking the confiscation of a 150 million hryvnias bail paid for former Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko, potentially leading to his return to pre-trial detention. The Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office claims the bail funds are linked to criminal activities. If the court approves the request, the money will be transferred to the Asset Recovery Agency. Halushchenko is implicated in a major corruption case involving bribery in the energy sector. He was arrested in February 2026 while attempting to leave Ukraine.
