Fostul ministru Ilan Laufer vrea să extindă proiectul de drive-in mall
Ilan Laufer estimates the total investment in the Drive in Mall project in Otopeni at around 13-14 million euros. The mall is set to officially open on September 24 and is expected to attract over 4,000 customers daily once fully operational. The strategic location on DN1, between Henri Coandă Airport and Bucharest's beltway, is highlighted as a key factor for its success. The complex will feature 15 restaurants and various services, catering primarily to drivers. Laufer envisions this as a pilot project, with potential for replication in other cities across Romania, estimating 10-15 similar projects nationwide in the next 6-8 years.
