Rogobete highlights that the feasibility study under Alexe's administration resulted in costs nearly 200% higher than a similar project in Târgu Mureș. He emphasizes that no one cut the institute from the budget and criticizes Alexe for blaming others instead of addressing the inflated costs. Rogobete asserts that the people of Iași deserve the institute and that solutions will be found for its construction.
