Fostul ministru al Sănătății îi acuză pe Bolojan și pe Țoiu de "trădare" după discuția secretă cu oficialii europeni despre "amendamentul Fritz"

Former Health Minister Alexandru Rogobete accuses dismissed Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan and interim Foreign Minister Oana Țoiu of pressuring the European Commission regarding the ANI law. He claims their actions aimed to protect Timișoara's mayor, Dominic Fritz, and constitute a betrayal of Romania. Rogobete questions the necessity of political pressure when a formal procedure for evaluating the ANI law already exists. He calls for state institutions to investigate the discussions between Bolojan, Țoiu, and European officials. The European People's Party and Renew Europe have requested the European Commission to withhold €770 million from Romania due to rule of law violations.
