Fostul ministru al Sănătăţii, Achimaş-Cadariu, reprezintă România la ECHoS, cel mai important eveniment dedicat tratării cancerului, din 30 de ţări

On September 10, the second phase of ECHoS took place in Lisbon, gathering 61 organizations from 30 countries to enhance collaboration in cancer care across Europe. Romania was represented by Prof. Patriciu Achimaș-Cadariu, who emphasized the importance of coordinated actions to improve cancer prevention and treatment. The project aims to expand the European network of National Cancer Mission Centers over the next five years, supported by a €15 million funding from Horizon Europe. The event highlighted achievements from the first phase, including the recognition of 17 National Cancer Centers in Europe, setting the stage for future developments.
