Fostul mare fotbalist Szűcs Árpád este victima incendiului din Oradea. FC Bihor: „Dumnezeu să te odihnească în pace, nea Arpi”

Former footballer Szűcs Árpád, a prominent figure of FC Bihor, died after being found unconscious in an apartment fire in Oradea. Despite resuscitation efforts, he could not be saved. The fire broke out on Friday evening, and emergency services were deployed. Szűcs, aged 83, was remembered by FC Bihor for his significant contributions to local football, including winning the Romanian Cup in 1974. Investigations suggest the fire was likely caused by a faulty electrical cable.
