She accepted bribes totaling €11,000 and jewelry worth over 22,000 lei from hospital staff and candidates for various positions. The bribes were in exchange for approving job transfers, hiring, and altering competition conditions to favor certain candidates. Caba's actions included receiving €4,000 to facilitate a job posting despite the department being closed and accepting a gold necklace for approving a psychologist position. The National Anticorruption Directorate has seized €21,000 and related assets as part of the investigation.
