The former partner of Adriana Viliginschi has been indicted for blackmailing Amiana Păștină after a murder for inheritance. Despite contesting his detention, judges upheld the preventive arrest. Păștină, who killed her mother with the help of a nurse and Viliginschi, was threatened for 100,000 euros by two associates of Viliginschi shortly after the crime. Păștină did not respond to their demands. The accused's appeal was rejected by the Alba Iulia Court, keeping him in custody.
