Local council approved the ecological restoration of the former Mureșeni Brick Factory site into a multifunctional green space. The project covers nearly 9 hectares with an estimated cost of 98.4 million lei. Plans include over 56,000 square meters of green areas, pedestrian paths, bike lanes, a running track, playgrounds, fitness zones, and more. The estimated completion time is 36 months.
