The transaction involves around 60.1 million shares, but the exact sale price has not been disclosed. Mecanica Codlea, once a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, has shifted its focus to real estate, primarily leasing its properties. Transilvania Construcții, based in Cluj-Napoca, is now looking to leverage the industrial real estate assets of Mecanica Codlea, which includes significant land and building space. The sale aligns with Transilvania Investments' strategy to restructure its investment portfolio.
