Fosta platformă Carbochim din Cluj devine centru cultural în proiectul RIVUS

The former Carbochim platform in Cluj will host Romania's first integrated performing arts center within a real estate project. The RIVUS project, estimated at 550 million euros, features a 52,000 sqm park, an outdoor cinema, and event spaces. The industrial hall will be restored for theater, dance, music, exhibitions, and festivals, preserving the site's heritage. Developers aim to integrate culture into urban development, providing modern spaces for artists. Initial tests have already taken place on-site, showcasing contemporary dance and art exhibitions, inspiring hopes for similar initiatives in other cities.
