The Tribunal's decision is not yet final and must be confirmed by the Court of Appeal. The lawyer, Iulia Țibulcă, neglected her duties, leading to a series of legal disputes between her and the hospital. The court found her responsible for not pursuing claims that could have generated significant income for the hospital. The hospital's claims were partially time-barred, but Țibulcă was still held liable for a portion of the amount. She is also required to pay court costs. The ruling can be appealed within ten days.
