Fosta fabrică de confecții metalice PAB România va relua producția

The former metalworking factory PAB Romania in Arad will resume production after being purchased for 4.5 million euros by a local company. The industrial site spans 44,028 square meters and includes production halls, changing rooms, a canteen, and administrative offices. Established in 1993, PAB was a significant player in the construction sector, with a turnover of approximately 461 million lei in 2022 and around 430 employees. The sale highlights the growing interest in distressed industrial assets, especially those with good infrastructure and potential for activity resumption, which can lead to job creation and local development.
