Fosta fabrică de confecții metalice din Arad, vândută cu 4,5 milioane de euro. Ce va face noul proprietar

A former metalworking factory in Arad was sold for 4.5 million euros to a Romanian company, which plans to resume production. The factory, built in 2011, spans over four hectares and includes various facilities. The sale highlights the interest in industrial assets, especially those with potential for revitalization. The new owner, whose identity remains undisclosed, aims to reactivate the site after it ceased operations due to the previous owner's bankruptcy. This transaction is part of a broader trend of industrial asset sales in distress, with 49 such assets sold in the last two years.
