She is accused of participating in a scam that defrauded a woman of approximately 300,000 yen. The fraud involved someone posing as a Parisian orthopedic surgeon who claimed to need money for customs clearance of deceased goods. Surveillance footage reportedly shows Hiraki withdrawing money from an account linked to the scam. Prosecutors indicate that a significant portion of the funds was funneled through a cryptocurrency account in her name. Hiraki denies any involvement, stating she does not recall the incident.
