Fost secretar de stat în Ministerul Agriculturii și directorul general al ANF, trimiși în judecată de DNA

Former state secretary Adrian Pintea and ANF director Romeo Șoldea are facing trial for abuse of office and instigation. Pintea allegedly pressured Șoldea to expedite a transfer for a personal acquaintance, violating administrative regulations. The transfer was completed in just seven days instead of the required thirty. Subsequently, the same individual was moved to a different position without the necessary qualifications, harming the interests of the ANF. The calculated damage amounts to 148,542 lei, covering salaries received during the illegal employment period. The case has been forwarded to the Bucharest Tribunal.
