Isack Hadjar from Red Bull Racing officially takes the third position, while Gasly is now classified seventh. Gasly initially finished third but received two five-second penalties for speeding in the pit lane, dropping him in the standings. Alpine contested the penalties, claiming a measurement error affected speed calculations, which led to Gasly temporarily regaining his podium. However, McLaren and Red Bull appealed, arguing for consistent application of rules. The judges ruled that the speed measurement was uniform for all competitors, restoring the original race results. Alpine expressed regret over the decision.
