Formula 1 and FIA have revealed the 2027 World Championship calendar, featuring 24 races across 22 countries and 10 Sprint weekends. The season kicks off on March 12 in Bahrain and concludes on December 12 in Abu Dhabi. Notable returns include Portugal and Turkey, with the Portuguese Grand Prix scheduled for June 18-20 and the Turkish Grand Prix on October 1-3. Monaco will host a Sprint for the first time, alongside other locations like Bahrain and Australia. The increase in Sprint races responds to growing audience interest, with data showing a 12% higher viewership for Sprint weekends. Preseason testing will occur in Bahrain from February 24-27, 2027.
