The deal includes Raffles Energy and Zenith Resources, which focus on natural gas and electricity production. This acquisition aligns with the company's strategy to expand and diversify operations, leveraging synergies in the energy value chain. The transaction was finalized on September 25, following all necessary approvals, and the acquired companies will operate independently without structural changes. The group plans to strengthen local management to ensure operational continuity.
