Fondurile europene sprijină dezvoltarea zonelor defavorizate
The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) is implementing a program to facilitate free property registration in Romania, particularly in rural areas. This initiative aims to address the high costs associated with cadastral documentation and measurements, which have hindered property registration. The project, funded by the European Union, targets the systematic registration of properties in 660 communes, with an ambitious goal of registering over 5.7 million hectares. The total funding amounts to over 757 million lei, with significant contributions from EU grants. This effort is expected to enhance local development and improve access to property rights, ultimately supporting economic growth and infrastructure development.
