New funding opportunities for small farms have been announced by AFIR, allowing farmers to apply for grants up to €50,000 for various investments. Applications can be submitted online after a 15-day period following the publication of the Applicant's Guide. The funding covers up to 85% of eligible expenses for modernization, equipment purchase, and irrigation systems. Eligible investments include agricultural construction, waste management facilities, and marketing of agricultural products. AFIR emphasizes the importance of digital solutions and renewable energy in these projects.
