Fondul francez Reed Capital preia fabrica Walor din Sfântu Gheorghe

French investment fund Reed Capital has acquired Walor Precision Turning, a manufacturer of high-precision metal components for the automotive industry, based in Sfântu Gheorghe. The new owner plans to diversify production away from automotive reliance, focusing on cooling solutions for data centers, a rapidly growing market. Walor employs around 420 people and operates production units in France, Romania, and Mexico. The company aims to expand into active and semi-active suspension systems and electrovalves, while also enhancing its presence in Asia, particularly China. The management team will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity in quality and innovation.
