Fondul BoldMind Capital Partners face prima investiție și preia controlul spălătoriei industriale Silgimar Prod din Tulcea

BoldMind Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Silgimar Prod S.A., a Romanian company specializing in industrial laundry services. This marks the fund's first investment since its launch in 2025, entering a business with annual revenues of nearly 6 million lei. Bold Investment 1 SRL now holds 85.55% of Silgimar, with the remaining shares owned by Radu Gheorghe Roatiș-Chețan and Ramela Angelina Lombardi. Silgimar serves various sectors, including medical and hospitality, and has shown significant growth over the past decade. The investment aligns with BoldMind's strategy to support promising Romanian companies.
