Fluxurile din platforma WorkinRomania au fost dezactivate în urma unei decizii a Curţii de Apel Bucureşti, anunță Ministerul Muncii

The WorkinRomania platform has suspended its operations following a court decision, affecting employers' ability to process work visa applications. The Ministry of Labor announced that the suspension is due to a ruling by the Bucharest Court of Appeal, which halted the order regarding the list of shortage occupations. Consequently, employers cannot complete registration and authorization procedures. The Ministry is working with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to address the situation and find solutions for pending applications. They plan to appeal the court's decision once officially notified.
