The Oradea City Hall completed all 39 projects under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan by the August 31 deadline, totaling around 160 million euros. Of this amount, 117 million euros are non-repayable funds, while 43 million euros are the municipality's contribution. The mayor highlighted that most investments focused on educational institutions, with 26 projects aimed at schools, kindergartens, and nurseries. Additionally, the city secured a zero-interest loan from the Treasury to ensure timely payments for all project invoices. Birta expressed gratitude to the government and local officials for their support in executing these projects.
